DELIVERY

when do i receive my order?

It usually takes 3 to 7 days to process an order. After that, it will be shipped. The delivery time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
 

●  USA: 3-4 business days

●  Europe: 6-8 working days

● Australia: 2-14 business days

● Japan: 4 to 8 business days

● International: 10 to 20 business days

WHERE DO MY PRODUCTS COME FROM?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with worldwide production facilities!
Most of the products come from either Spain or Latvia.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?

International orders may be subject to an additional customs and tax fee. This fee is not under our control and will be charged by your local customs office. Customs regulations vary greatly in each country. Please check directly with your local customs office to determine if duties and taxes will be applied to your purchases.

my order should have arrived by now, but i still don'T have it. What to do?

Before you contact us, please help us as follows:
 

 

●  Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the shipping address.
●  Ask your local post office if they have your package.

●  Check with your neighbours if the courier has left the package with them.

 


If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with your neighbor, contact us at mail@pinheadmusic.com with your order number.
 

If you have found an error in your delivery address, we may be able to send you a replacement order, but shipping and any additional costs incurred will be at your own expense.

ORDERS

How are my products manufactured?


We work with a print-on-demand direct mailer. They have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are located, orders are custom made, printed, hand sewn and shipped from the facility that does it most efficiently!

what if my product is incorrect or damaged?

We are so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To resolve this quickly for you, please email us within a week of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number and other details about your order to mail@pinheadmusic.com. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email us at mail@pinheadmusic.com

TAKE BACK

Claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receipt of goods. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the expected delivery date. Claims that are deemed to be errors on our part will be at our expense.

 

Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks. 

 

Incorrect address - If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier service, the shipment will be returned to our service provider. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

 

Unclaimed - Shipments that are not claimed will be returned to our service provider. You are personally liable for the cost of any return shipment (if applicable).

 

You hereby agree that returned orders with face masks will not be available for reshipment and will be disposed of.

 

We do not refund orders on buyer's remorse. Returns for products, face masks as well as size exchanges are at the discretion of Egomessiah Entertainment.

right of return and right of withdrawal

We do not offer returns, revocations or exchanges. Your ordered goods are custom made based on your order. However, if something is wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at mail@pinheadmusic.com.

 

In accordance with Article 16 c and e of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal is not provided for:

 

1. the supply of goods which are manufactured or clearly personalized by order of the customer;

2. sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons,

 

Therefore, Egomessiah Entertainment reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion

what about refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these points apply, please contact us within one week of receiving your goods at mail@pinheadmusic.com with photos of incorrect/damaged items. We will resolve this for you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE FOR ANOTHER SIZE/COLOUR ?

We do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure of what size fits, please contact mail@pinheadmusic.com. Although rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know within one week of receiving your order mail@pinheadmusic.com. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will then send you a new item or issue a refund!
